It’s a channel through which clients, suppliers, potential new staff and partners will find you and engage with you. It is fundamental to the success of your business and you want peace of mind that it will be up and available for your audience 24/7 without interruption.

To have your website be up and available it needs to be maintained. Needs updating. Just like all software. More and more website are getting hacked and attacked, including the big players like Twitter and Facebook as well as millions of small businesses everyday. It’s the nature of the world we live in and unfortunately websites are an easy target.

Keeping your website up to date, backed up and secure can be time consuming and a little tedious. It takes you away from what you should be doing, which is building relationships with your clients, staff and partners. Which is running your business. So should you be doing it yourself?

If you are reading this page, then we know your website intimately because we built it or have atleast worked on it. We know every line of code and all of the variables and combinations of things that hang together to make it work. We also know the software your website is built on very well. We’ve been using it for almost 8 years and all of our websites (including this one) are built on the same software. So we are in the best position to keep your website up and running and open for business.

Monthly Consultancy Calls for clients within the ‘Master’ plan where we can talk about your website and marketing, do some live training or talk about your strategy.

Support

Priority support with questions that you have.

Support time for Manage and Master for bug fixes, content updates, performance improvements, small features. Anything that fits within that time frame.

*All prices are excluding 21% Dutch VAT. If you are in the EU and do not have a tax number I am obliged to charge 21% tax, if you are in the EU with a VAT number I don’t need to charge you tax (VAT reverse charge). Outside the EU I normally don’t need to charge VAT but it depends on your country.

What can I do in my support time?
You can request small changes to your website, like text changes or small design improvements. Anything that fits within your support time is ok. If you need more than your alloted support time and the changes are small we will bill at an hourly rate.

Please note that if you request new features for your website this will likely result in a new quote as they commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

Why doesn't support time rollover?
Each month you get a certain amount of support time. This time is reserved for you so you can use our time and resources if you need our help. That is why this time does not rollover to the next month. You can be assured though that if you have an issue that fits within that 30/60 minute support time that we will fix it as soon as possible. If you need more time we will happily help you for our hourly rate.
What happens if my website goes down/breaks/gets hacked?
The whole purpose of our care plans is to prevent this from happening. However if something does happen we are right here to help you and support you.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked. We can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it. And we will assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of your backups.

What if I need something that isn't in my plan?
No problem! Just contact me through your dashboard. We can work out what it is you need exactly and give you a quote for what needs to be done.
Can I really cancel at any time?
Absolutely! We value our relationship with you and want to be of real use. We would hate to see you go but we know that sometimes priorities change, decisions needs to be made and we don’t want to lock anyone in.
